Stellar Murrayshall LLP are delighted to be developing proposals for a masterplan to diversify the Murrayshall Estate.
Built in 1664 in the evergreen heart of Perthshire, Murrayshall dates back over 400 years. The former home of Lord Lynedoch is not only a stately house, but a landmark on the Scottish landscape. Murrayshall House was modernised in the 18th century and in 1973, the estate was transformed into the luxury hotel you see today. The land spans over 365 acres, encompassing woodland, part of the River Tay, two parkland golf courses and stately gardens.
In September 2021, an application for Planning Permission was submitted for the relocation of the driving range, golf academy building, and new shop. This application was approved by Perth & Kinross Council in 2022.
We are now developing proposals for a wider masterplan to diversify the Murrayshall Estate. We have produced a set of exhibition boards to give more detail on what is being proposed; you can view these boards below.
We are also hosting two public consultation events at the Estate, where members of the public are able to view the initial proposals, speak to members of the project team, and provide feedback. Full details of these events are below:
Location: Murrayshall Hotel, Murrayshall Rd, Scone, Perth, PH2 7PH
1st event: Monday 12th December 1-7pm
2nd event: Tuesday 31st January 1-7pm
We look forward to speaking to the community at these events and receiving feedback to help shape the Masterplan. Please note that feedback should be provided by Tuesday 21st February.
